CYE is looking for a sharp bookkeeper and payroll controller who wants to be part of our dynamic growing company. The bookkeeper/payroll controller will be in charge of all bookkeeping and payroll aspects, work closely with our subsidiaries external bookkeepers, and report to the controller.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Oversee credit card activities and bank reconciliations
  • Report to tax authorities
  • Handle employees’ expenses and travel report reimbursements
  • In charge of the entire vendor process from invoice to payment
  • Handle accounts receivables process and reconciliation
  • Take major part in month end book closing and intercompany reconciliation
  • Audit support and ad-hoc related tasks
  • Ensure the correct processing of payroll while following company guidelines and adhering to employment law
  • Coordinate timely processing of payroll for all employees

Qualifications

  • Certified Bookkeeper type 2 or above
  • Certified Payroll Controller
  • 5+ years of experience working in a global company as a bookkeeper and payroll controller
  • Knowledge and experience with Netsuites - a significant advantage
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English - an advantage
  • Experience in Office, especially in Excel
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
  • Accurate, dedicated with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Maintain and promote a high degree of service and confidentiality
